Electric Royalties Appoints Red Cloud Financial Services for Advisory and Promotional Roles

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 9, 2024 - Electric Royalties Ltd. (TSXV:ELEC)(OTCQB:ELECF) announced the appointment of Red Cloud Financial Services Inc. to provide non-exclusive financial advisory and promotional services. The Toronto-based firm assists mineral exploration and mining companies in accessing capital markets and enhancing their corporate profiles.

Red Cloud will receive a monthly fee of $10,000 starting September 1, 2024, for an initial six-month term with possible renewal. They will identify financing opportunities and provide promotional advice, including media support and content creation for Red Cloud's RCTV platform.

The agreements do not include performance obligations or equity compensation for Red Cloud. The engagement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Red Cloud and Electric Royalties are independent entities, with no current equity interests in each other. However, Red Cloud and its clients may acquire interests in Electric Royalties’ securities in the future.
