ELECTRICITÉ DE STRASBOURG - Information on voting rights
In accordance with article L.233-8 of the Commercial Code, Électrcité de Strasbourg has communicated crucial information to its shareholders. As of June 28, 2024, the date of its combined general meeting, the total number of voting rights amounted to 14,199,391. This figure corresponds to 7,169,386 shares constituting the share capital.
This amount includes shares benefiting from double voting rights, in accordance with current legislation, in particular Law No. 2014-384 of March 29, 2014. The company thus reaffirms its transparency and legal compliance.
