ELECTRICITÉ DE STRASBOURG: Provision of documents for the AGM

The company ELECTRICITÉ DE STRASBOURG SA informs that it is making available to its shareholders various documents relating to its combined general meeting. This will be held at its head office on Friday June 28, 2024. The documents include the agenda, the report of the Board of Directors on extraordinary resolutions, the mission booklet and the draft resolutions.

Since April 29, 2024, the company's annual brochure has also been available. It contains the management report of the Board of Directors for the 2023 financial year, the consolidated situation of the ÉS Group, the report on corporate governance, as well as the reports of the auditors. The corporate and consolidated accounts for the 2023 financial year can also be found there.
