The 29th Annual HomeBuyers' Choice Awards, a significant event in the real estate industry, celebrated its winners on April 11, 2024, during Eliant's 40th Anniversary Celebration. Hosted in Newport Beach, CA, the awards were based on feedback from over 190,000 homebuyers across the U.S., evaluating their experiences with 225 major new home builders. Olson Homes and Chesmar Homes received the event's highest accolade, The Eliant, recognizing the best overall purchase and ownership experience in their respective single-division and multi-division categories. Olson Homes stood out for the fifth consecutive year, also claiming eight other awards including First Year Quality and Best Customer Communication. Chesmar Homes secured a total of 13 awards, highlighting their Purchase Experience and First Year Customer Service Experience.
