Emergency Care Partners Recognized as One of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare 2024
Emergency Care Partners (ECP) has been named by Modern Healthcare as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. The full list of this year's winners is available at ModernHealthcare.com. Modern Healthcare will publish a special supplement, featuring the ranked list, in the October 14, 2024 issue of MH magazine.
Dan Peres, President of Modern Healthcare, highlighted the importance of understanding employee needs amid economic uncertainty and staffing challenges. "The winners of the 2024 Best Places to Work awards show how vital it is to find and keep the right people," he noted.
Bill Yarbrough, CEO of ECP, expressed appreciation for the recognition, emphasizing the company's unique private practice model and collaborative environment. ECP partners with local physician groups to enhance community-based healthcare services.
The award program, conducted with Workforce Research Group, includes an extensive employee survey. ECP's ranking will be revealed at the 2024 Best Places to Work in Healthcare Awards Gala on Oct. 10 in Nashville, TN.
