Enapter and Solar Invest Launch US Operations with Clean H2 Inc.

On May 28, 2024, Enapter AG announced its entry into the US market through a strategic partnership with Solar Invest International SE. This alliance has resulted in the formation of Clean H2 Inc., a new entity based in Colorado, USA. The partnership has already secured initial orders amounting to 2.3 MW, valued at USD 5.4 million.

The focus of this collaboration is to harness the potential of Enapter's highly efficient electrolysers, which benefit from a modular system that avoids the use of iridium, thus providing a competitive edge. The patented AEM technology plays a crucial role in this efficiency, especially in heavy-duty and air transportation sectors.

The announcement highlights the prospects tied to the US government's Inflation Reduction Act, which supports the expansion of renewable energies and hydrogen applications. Clean H2 Inc. will handle sales, service networks, and first-level support across the USA, with further projects valued at EUR 8 million in the pipeline.

This marks a significant step for Enapter in promoting green hydrogen solutions, further solidifying its presence globally.
