Endor AG Notifies Restructuring Plan According to StaRUG

Landshut, June 3, 2024 – Endor AG announced it has notified the Restructuring Court in Munich of a restructuring project in line with the German Act on the Stabilization and Restructuring Framework for Companies (StaRUG).

After an extensive review, the lending banks disapproved other restructuring offers, deeming them unsuitable to prevent insolvency. As part of the plan, banks will partially waive debts, and a complete capital reduction is planned. This will result in shareholders exiting the company without compensation and the delisting of Endor AG shares from the Open Market.

Endor AG will keep the capital markets and public updated on the process, complying with legal requirements.
