ENERTIME (FR0011915339 - ALENE) announces a change to the date of its 2024 Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting. Initially scheduled for September 27, 2024, this meeting will finally be held on September 24, 2024 at the company's headquarters in Courbevoie.
Shareholders will have to meet on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. to deliberate on the same resolutions and the agenda as those planned during the initial meeting. Documents relating to the meeting, including resolutions and voting forms, are available at the registered office and on the company's website (www.enertime.com).
Previously sent voting forms remain valid for this new date.
