ENERTIME, Update on the Judicial Reorganization Procedure
ENERTIME, a French company specializing in "CleanTech", provides an update on its receivership proceedings. The Nanterre Commercial Court opened these proceedings on July 10, 2024.
This initiative aims to examine all solutions to guarantee the sustainability of the activity and protect jobs, while seeking investors or financial partners for a potential recovery plan, whether by way of continuation or sale.
Initially set for September 16, 2024, the deadline for submitting takeover bids has been extended to September 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. During this period, the company continues to operate. The cash available as of September 1, 2024 amounts to €500,000.
The Company's General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., at the Company's headquarters. The suspension of trading in shares, effective since July 2, 2024, remains in effect.
