ENGIE announces the filing of its 2023 Universal Registration Document

ENGIE officially filed its 2023 Universal Registration Document (DEU) with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 7, 2024. This document, essential for investors and stakeholders, is referenced under number D.24 -0085. ENGIE has opted for the Single European Electronic Format (ESEF), compliant with Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2019/815.

The DEU 2023 includes several key components such as the annual financial report for the 2023 financial year, elements concerning corporate governance, the reports of the Statutory Auditors and their fees, the description of the share buyback program and information on social, environmental and societal responsibility.

From March 8, the document is accessible free of charge to the public according to the terms defined by the regulations in force.
