ENGIE: Declaration of the number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2024 - Erratum

ENGIE has published a statement on the total number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2024, in accordance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

The capital is composed of 2,435,285,011 shares. After deduction of treasury shares, this number amounts to 2,425,973,014.

The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 3,191,044,881. The number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 3,181,732,884.

In accordance with Article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code, registered and fully paid-up shares registered for at least two years benefit from double voting rights.
