The company ENGIE has published its monthly declaration concerning the total number of shares and voting rights making up its capital as of June 30, 2024, in accordance with article L 233-8 of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the Regulation General of the Financial Markets Authority.

The total number of shares making up the capital amounts to 2,435,285,011. After deduction of treasury shares, this figure is 2,425,347,064. The theoretical number of voting rights, including shares of treasury shares, reached 3,192,858,241. The voting rights exercisable, after deduction of treasury shares, are 3,182,920,294.
