Enlighta Inc. Announces Resignation of Director and President

RICHMOND, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 26, 2024 / Enlighta Inc. (NEX:NLTA.H) has announced the immediate resignation of Norman Tsui, a founder, President, and long-time director. Tsui, who has been with Enlighta since its inception in 2010, played a crucial role in the company's development, including its financing, early technology advancements, and public listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Under Tsui's leadership, Enlighta established itself as an early leader in stem cell isolation technologies. Although stepping down for personal reasons, Tsui will continue to support Enlighta during the transition as a consultant, ensuring a seamless handover of his responsibilities.
