Éric Donnet Appointed to ARGAN's Supervisory Board

ARGAN's Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Éric Donnet as an independent member, following a unanimous decision on December 10, 2024. Proposed by the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, his appointment follows the departure of Mr. François-Régis de Causans.

Donnet, a graduate of the ICN and holder of a DESCF, brings over 25 years of financial and real estate expertise. Formerly CEO of Groupama Immobilier, he currently leads the Daniel Féau group. His provisional role is subject to approval at ARGAN's General Assembly on March 20, 2025.

This appointment maintains the Board's composition at eight members, including three independents, surpassing Middlenext's recommendation. A proposal to reduce the Board size to six will be discussed at the upcoming General Assembly.
