ESGTI AG Schedules Extraordinary General Meeting for June 2024
ESGTI AG has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) set for 12 June 2024. The meeting will be held at 10:00 am at the company’s registered offices in Huenenberg and will also be accessible via video conference.
The EGM agenda, registration forms, and voting instructions are available in the download center on the company’s website under the General Meetings section. Key proposals include a 6-for-1 share split, which will divide the current share capital of CHF 40,537,175.64 into 155,912,214 new shares with a nominal value of CHF 0.26 each.
The Board of Directors will also propose the cancellation of existing authorized capital, the creation of a capital band, and conditional capital. Additionally, a revision of the Articles of Association to comply with new company law effective from 1 January 2023 will be discussed.
