EURAZEO Invests €50 Million in AI-Powered Customer Service Leader Cognigy
Eurazeo has announced a €50 million investment in Cognigy, a global leader in AI-driven customer service solutions. The funding, part of a Series C round, marks Eurazeo Growth Fund IV's second investment in Germany.
Based in Düsseldorf and San Francisco, Cognigy specializes in AI solutions that enhance customer service across various industries. Its platform automates over 70% of customer interactions using Conversational and Generative AI, providing instant, personalized responses.
The Series C round, led by Eurazeo, raised $100 million (€93 million) in total and included contributions from Insight Partners, DTCP, and DN Capital. The funds will support Cognigy's international expansion and ongoing innovation.
Eurazeo's Growth team, leveraging 25 years of tech sector investment experience, aims to support Cognigy's mission to become a global leader in AI customer service solutions.
