Eurobattery Minerals Board and Management Exercise Warrants
On May 17, 2024, Eurobattery Minerals AB, a prominent mining company listed on the Nordic Growth Market and Börse Stuttgart, reported significant warrant exercises by its board and one major warrant holder. Chairman Henrik Johannesson along with CEO Roberto García Martínez, CFO Mattias Modén, and a key warrant holder together exercised 5,635,169 warrants of series TO4.
The total capital raised from these warrant exercises amounts to approximately SEK 2.3 million, representing about 16.9% of all outstanding warrants. These funds will support ongoing mining projects, including the Hautalampi project in Finland. Roberto García Martínez, CEO, expressed strong confidence in the future activities of Eurobattery Minerals citing the support and faith from both management and warrant holders.
Augment Partners AB and Advokatfirman Schjødt were engaged as financial and legal advisers, respectively, facilitating the transaction. The final opportunity to trade or subscribe new shares via these warrants is set for May 21, 2024.
