Eurobattery Minerals Brings Forward Interim Report for Q3 2024
On 16 September 2024, the Board of Directors of Eurobattery Minerals AB, a mining company listed on Nordic Growth Market and Börse Stuttgart, decided to carry out a rights issue of units. The subscription period for this issue will commence on 30 October and end on 13 November 2024, pending approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 October 2024.
Members of the Board and management have committed to subscribe to their pro-rata shares in the rights issue. To facilitate these commitments, the company has advanced the publication date of its Q3 2024 interim report from 22 November to 23 October 2024. This change allows key personnel, who face a 30-day trading ban prior to report publication, to participate in the subscription.
