EUROPLASMA: Drawing of a tranche of 200 OCEANE
Europlasma, leader in the treatment of hazardous waste and decarbonization, announces the drawing of the fifteenth tranche of 200 OCEANEs, for a nominal amount of one million euros. This drawing is part of a €15M bond issue announced on March 23, 2023.
A new financing contract of €30M over 36 months was signed on April 23, 2024 with Environmental Performance Financing (EPF) to support the group's growth. The characteristics and risks linked to this financing are available in the press release dated April 24, 2024.
The drawing of this tranche could generate 798,276 new shares, diluting the participation of current shareholders. The stock price could be impacted by these issues, requiring vigilance for investors.
