EUROPLASMA: END OF SHARES CONFIRMATION OPERATIONS AND FIRST LISTING OF NEW SHARES
Europlasma, specialist in decontamination and recovery solutions, announces the end of the consolidation of its shares. The operation, decided at the general meeting in June 2023, was carried out according to a ratio of 1 new share for 5,000 old ones.
From May 28, 2024, old shares (ISIN code FR001400CF13) will be delisted. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the ISIN code FR001400PDG8.
The total number of new shares is 1,705,392, with a par value of 1 euro each. Shareholder rights remain unchanged.
Shareholders owning shares in multiples of 5,000 do not need to take any action. Those who do not have this multiple will receive compensation within 30 days.
