EUROPLASMA: Manufacturing and supply agreement for 500,000 hollow bodies for Bizzell Europe
Europlasma has signed a contract with Bizzell Corporation for the production of 500,000 hollow bodies. Bizzell Corporation, which mainly works for the American government, placed this order for an amount of almost 140 million euros.
These hollow bodies with a diameter of 155 mm or equivalent will be supplied to the subsidiary Bizzell Europe, specialized in armaments. This subsidiary recently invested in Valdunes Industries.
The agreement also allows Bizzell Europe to increase its stake in Valdunes Industries without voting rights. Europlasma will inform the market of the details of this increase if it occurs.
