EUROPLASMA obtains export license to Romania

EUROPLASMA, specialized in the treatment of hazardous waste and decarbonization, announced that its subsidiary Les Forges de Tarbes has received approval from the Ministry of Defense. This approval allows the export to Romania of large caliber hollow bodies, used in the manufacture of 152mm shells.

Stéphane Bonillo, Deputy General Manager of Forges de Tarbes, declared that this authorization opens the way for development in a new European country with a new product. He also underlined the company's ambition to significantly increase its production this year.

Based in Tarbes, the Forges de Tarbes factory is the only forge in France capable of producing large hollow bodies for land defense manufacturers.
