Executive Board Changes Announced at FUCHS SE

Mannheim, March 7, 2025 – FUCHS SE has announced upcoming changes in its Executive Board. CFO Isabelle Adelt and CTO Dr. Sebastian Heiner will not renew their contracts, opting instead for new opportunities. Adelt, who joined the board in 2022, significantly contributed to legal, investor relations, and digital efforts, including the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Heiner, a part of FUCHS since 2020, enhanced the group's technological developments through his expertise in procurement and product management.

The company has appointed successors to ensure a smooth transition. Esma Saglik will take over as CFO on May 1, 2025, bringing extensive financial and international experience. Mathieu Boulandet will assume the CTO role on August 1, 2025, offering deep knowledge in lubricants after a lengthy tenure at TOTAL ENERGIES and BP CASTROL.
