Extension of the maturity date of Buy-Louer.fr OCEANEs
Paris, July 30, 2024. The company Buy-Louer.fr announced the extension of the maturity date of OCEANEs issued in 2021 and 2023. These convertible bonds have been extended for a period of 60 months. The modifications concern OCEANEs issued under contracts with World Tech Financing Ltd and Real Estate Tech Opportunities.
The 2021 OCEANEs were extended from 24 to 60 months, following a second amendment to the contract with World Tech Financing Ltd. For the 2023 OCEANEs, the maturity increases from 12 to 60 months, according to the amendment concluded with Real Estate Tech Opportunities.
Buy-Louer.fr also confirms the publication of its half-yearly accounts for October 31, 2024.
