Extension to September 30, 2024 of the deadline for holding the I.Ceram General Meeting

I.Ceram announced the extension of the deadline for holding its General Meeting ruling on the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. This extension was granted by the Limoges Commercial Court on June 12, 2024.

The request was filed by the company on May 31, 2024. In accordance with the order issued, I.Ceram now has until September 30, 2024 to hold this general meeting.

I.Ceram, established in 2005, specializes in innovative orthopedic implants and ceramic implants. It has been listed on Euronext Growth since 2014.
