Fermentalg triples its turnover in one year

Libourne, October 3, 2024, Fermentalg, expert in microalgae, announced an unaudited turnover of 9.7 million euros at the end of September 2024. This figure represents a threefold increase in one year compared to 3.3 million euros in September 2023.

This result is explained by an expanded customer portfolio and an increase in average revenue per customer. The company maintains its annual target of 12 million euros for 2024 despite obstacles such as the fall in fish oil prices and postponements of orders in aquaculture due to a parasitic epidemic.

To address these challenges, Fermentalg aims to diversify its customers and will be present at several international trade fairs, particularly in the United States and Germany, to establish its presence on the market.
