Fidelity exceeds 5% of Vallourec voting rights

Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC has crossed the threshold of 5% of Vallourec's voting rights, according to a letter received on November 20, 2024. On November 18, it held 11,708,569 shares, or 4.92% of the capital and 5.07% of the voting rights. This crossing is the result of an acquisition on the market.

Furthermore, FMR LLC, the parent company, does not cross any additional threshold. It indirectly retains 16,960,804 Vallourec shares, corresponding to 7.12% of the capital and 7.34% of the voting rights, via several entities under its control.

This statement includes 400,000 shares under "right to recall" contracts, giving Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC the right to use them at any time.
