Final Bell Holdings International Updates on Rights Offering

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 10, 2024 / Final Bell Holdings International Ltd. ("Final Bell") has announced an update regarding its ongoing Rights Offering to settle certain outstanding debts. The company plans to address indebtedness totaling up to US$875,000 through the exercise of share purchase rights. This includes a working capital loan of up to US$500,000 from a non-affiliated shareholder and creditor, and up to US$375,000 related to a bridge loan from a company controlled by a director and officer of Final Bell.
