Final Offer Price for Springer Nature Shares Set at €22.50 per Share

The final offer price for Springer Nature AG & Co. KGaA shares is set at €22.50 per share, positioning the company's market capitalisation at around €4.5 billion. A total of 26,650,795 shares are being placed with investors. This includes 8,888,889 newly issued shares generating gross proceeds of €200 million.

The offering also involves 14,285,716 shares and 3,476,190 over-allotment shares from BC Partners' holdings. Following the IPO, Holtzbrinck Publishing Group is expected to hold about 50.6% and BC Partners around 36.0% of the company's shares. The free float is projected to be about 13.4%.

The shares are expected to commence trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on October 4, 2024. Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley are acting as Joint Global Coordinators for the IPO.
