Finalization of the merger between the Obiz© group and HA PLUS PME

The Obiz© group announced the finalization of the acquisition of HA PLUS PME, a purchasing platform allowing small and medium-sized businesses to benefit from advantageous prices on numerous products and services. This acquisition aims to create significant commercial synergies and open new growth opportunities for Obiz©.

Obiz©, a relationship marketing platform listed on Euronext Growth®, thus integrates the 35,000 member companies of HA PLUS PME and their potential savings of up to 27%. The directors of HA PLUS PME, Anthony Streicher and Laurent Longin, will reinvest part of the sale price in Obiz© shares and will join the group's executive committee.

The merger will allow the new group to lower costs for its 55,000 partners thanks to negotiated professional solutions. It also enriches the B2B Merciz© offer and strengthens Obiz© technological solutions by integrating the artificial intelligence of HA PLUS PME.
