Financial results for the 2023 financial year for Umalis Group

Paris, June 27, 2024 – Umalis Group, specializing in wage portage, has published its financial results for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. These are unaudited accounts. An extension was granted by the Commercial Court to hold its AGM until September 30, 2024 at the latest.

Net turnover amounted to 9,582,048 euros, down slightly compared to the previous year. Operating income reached 9,655,048 euros, compared to 10,826,310 euros in 2022. Operating expenses amounted to 10,410,088 euros, compared to 11,045,815 euros in 2022. The operating result shows a loss of 755,039 euros, compared to a loss of 219,505 euros in 2022.

The financial result shows a profit of 21,937 euros, down from 27,465 euros in 2022. The exceptional result records a profit of 188,365 euros, a marked improvement compared to a loss of 66,078 euros in 2022. The result net shows a loss of 544,737 euros, compared to a loss of 258,117 euros in 2022.

The CAPE SERVICES subsidiary achieved a turnover of 6.3 million euros for a net result of -38,000 euros. Umalis Group has also signed an exclusive partnership with the freelance marketplace, Bizme.fr.

Despite the challenges of 2023, Umalis Group remains committed to strengthening its market position and plans to optimize its operating costs to improve its profitability in 2024.
