Fiven ASA Announces Redemption of Bonds
Fiven ASA will redeem its EUR 110,000,000 senior secured sustainability-linked floating rate bonds on 31 July 2024. This follows the achievement of its sustainability performance targets, eliminating the need for a redemption premium. Bondholders as of 24 July 2024 will receive a total redemption of 103.35% of the nominal amount plus accrued interest.
The redemption depends on a change of control caused by Tosca Intermediate Holdings SARL fully divesting from Fiven. Should this occur as planned, the bonds will be de-listed from Nasdaq Stockholm. Fiven has ensured compliance with EU Market Abuse Regulation in this announcement.
