Fleury Michon: Exclusive negotiation for the sale of Platos Tradicionales
Fleury Michon announced on May 24, 2024 the entry into exclusive negotiations with the Martinez Group. The objective is to sell the shares held in the Platos Tradicionales joint venture.
Created in 2006, Platos Tradicionales specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of ready-made meals in Spain. Since its creation, Fleury Michon has worked closely with the Martinez Group.
Founded in 1905, Fleury Michon is a mid-sized family business, listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
