FLYHT Celebrates Successful Edge Integration with Air North

FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSXV:FLY, OTCQX:FLYLF) has announced the successful integration of its 5G AFIRS Edge™ solution into Air North's Boeing 737 NG operations. This technology brings efficiencies such as automated post-flight data download, Aircraft Interface Device (AID) connectivity, and power over Ethernet to charge iPads for enhanced cockpit crew operation. FLYHT's AFIRS 228 Iridium SatCom will facilitate real-time access to FLYHTHealth™, FLYHTLog™, aircraft tracking, and voice services.

The agreement, signed in October 2023, includes Air North's commitment to purchase FLYHT's innovative hardware and software services as part of their fleet renewal plans. In June 2024, Air North became the STC partner for the AFIRS Edge on Boeing 737 NG aircraft. The technology enables wireless access to essential aircraft data and enhances operational efficiencies.
