FLYHT Shareholders Approve Acquisition by Firan Technology Group

FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. has announced that its shareholders have approved the acquisition by Firan Technology Group Corporation. The agreement, structured as a plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act, received overwhelming support at a special meeting, with 97.867% of votes in favor. The completion of this arrangement is subject to a final court approval and other conditions.

The acquisition is expected to conclude around December 20, 2024. This strategic move aligns with FLYHT's ongoing mission to provide advanced aviation solutions, enhancing safety and efficiency.
