Focus Entertainment announces a modification of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont
On March 18, 2024, Focus Entertainment made an additional contribution of €150,000 as part of its liquidity contract with the Gilbert Dupont brokerage company. This decision is a continuation of the initial contract put in place on February 16, 2015, started with a provision of €250,000.
At the time of the last half-yearly balance sheet, on December 29, 2023, Focus Entertainment's liquidity account held 4,189 shares and a cash balance of €86,642.05. This operation aims to strengthen the liquidity of the video game publisher's title on the market.
