Focus Universal Inc. Announces Listing Transfer to Nasdaq Capital Market
Focus Universal Inc., a technology provider for IoT and 5G, has secured approval to transfer its listing from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market. The change will take effect on September 23, 2024. Despite the transfer, the company's shares will continue trading under the ticker "FCUV."
The move comes as Focus Universal meets most listing requirements, except for the minimum bid price. The Nasdaq Capital Market has granted an additional 180 days for the company to comply with the $1.00 per share bid price rule.
CEO Desheng Wang expressed optimism about the company's growth and acknowledged recent investments totaling approximately $2.49 million. These funds will aid in launching a new software product platform under Lusher Inc.
