Formycon Announces AGM Results and Board Changes
Formycon AG held its Annual General Meeting on June 12, 2024, in Munich, delivering a detailed report on the 2023 financial year and the company's current performance. Shareholders approved all agenda items and formally endorsed the actions of the Management and Supervisory Boards with overwhelming majorities.
Significant changes were made to the Supervisory Board, expanding it to five members. Colin Bond, Dr. Bodo Coldewey, and Nicholas Haggar were elected as new members. Following the meeting, Wolfgang Essler was appointed as the new Chairman, and Nicholas Haggar as Deputy Chairman.
