FORSEE POWER: Information on the number of voting rights and shares

FORSEE POWER has published data concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

As of September 30, 2024, FORSEE POWER's share capital consists of 71,550,727 shares. These shares represent a total of 88,418,464 GROSS voting rights, including the voting rights of private shares, such as those held in treasury or under a liquidity contract.

After deduction of shares without voting rights, the number of NET voting rights amounts to 88,236,635. This calculation makes it possible to distinguish between shares with and without effective voting rights.
