Fragrance Creators Names E. Janset Batibay as Director of Communications and Media Relations

Washington, DC - June 12, 2024 - The Fragrance Creators Association (FCA) has appointed E. Janset Batibay as its new Director of Communications and Media Relations. Batibay will drive the association's education outreach, focusing on the science, innovation, and artistry in the fragrance industry. With extensive experience in public relations and communications, Batibay is set to enhance FCA’s role as a leading authority.

Batibay’s background includes a broad range of sectors such as government, corporate, and nonprofit. She excels in translating technical information into engaging stories. At FCA, she will manage all communications efforts, both internally and externally, to maintain the association's trusted and respected status in the industry.

Farah K. Ahmed, FCA’s President & CEO, expressed her excitement: “Janset’s experience and passion will significantly advance our goals of responsible industry stewardship and effective policy advocacy.” Batibay holds a Bachelor’s from Bilkent University and a Master’s from The Hague University. She previously led engagement strategies at The Council for Inclusive Capitalism.
