FREY announces its next Combined General Meeting for May 15, 2024
The FREY company will hold its Annual Combined General Meeting on May 15, 2024 at 10 a.m. This meeting will take place at the company's headquarters, located at 1 rue René Cassin in Bezannes. The meeting notice, including the agenda and the terms of participation, was officially published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO).
FREY shareholders will be invited to vote on the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors. Details of these proposals as well as the procedures for voting and exercising other shareholder rights are available on the FREY website. For more information, interested parties can access the 2024 General Meeting section of the site.
In addition, a notice of meeting will be published in BALO on April 29 and in the Matot Braine newspaper, thus ensuring extensive communication with shareholders and stakeholders.
