FSD Pharma and Celly Nu Announce Strategic Partnership for Launch of unbuzzd™
TORONTO, ON - FSD Pharma Inc. (NASDAQ:HUGE) and Celly Nutrition Corp., referred to as Celly Nu, have announced a strategic partnership with BevSource for the upcoming launch of unbuzzd™, a beverage product aimed at promoting alertness and supporting the body's processes in metabolizing alcohol. The announcement was made on April 22, 2024.
The partnership with BevSource, a well-known provider of beverage solutions based in St. Paul, Minnesota, will offer various services including formulation, packaging, ingredient procurement, and fulfillment solutions for unbuzzd™ in both can and powder formats.
Gerry David and John Duffy, beverage industry veterans with prior roles at Celsius Holdings and Coca-Cola respectively, are leading the launch. Duffy, CEO of Celly Nu, highlighted the importance of this collaboration in achieving their goal of expanding the reach of unbuzzd™ across the USA and eventually, North America.
