Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 20,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This activity is part of the share buyback programme that was announced on August 23, 2024. Each share was acquired at a consistent price of 700 GBp.
Following this transaction, Fuller’s total issued share capital remains at 39,282,339 'A' ordinary shares. Out of these, 4,003,651 shares are held in treasury, leaving 35,278,688 shares available for voting, as per the company's regulatory obligations.
