Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Transaction
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") announced the purchase of 4,638 of its 'A' ordinary shares at a consistent price of 752.00 pence per share on 13 September 2024. This transaction was executed through Numis Securities Limited as part of its share buyback programme announced on 23 August 2024.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. After this transaction, Fuller's total issued share capital consists of 40,082,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,163,424 shares held in Treasury, resulting in 35,918,915 listed voting rights. Shareholders are advised to use this number for any required notifications under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
