Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Transaction

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller's") has announced the purchase of 11,780 of its 'A' ordinary shares. The transactions were conducted through Numis Securities Limited as part of the company's share buyback programme, initiated on August 23, 2024.

The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 744.00 GBp to 750.00 GBp, with an average price of 749.0934 GBp per share. Following this transaction, Fuller’s holds these repurchased shares in treasury.

Post-purchase, Fuller’s listed share capital consists of 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each, with 3,899,059 shares held in treasury. Hence, the total number of voting rights in the company is 35,783,280. Shareholders can use this figure for calculating required notifications under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
