Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the repurchase of 9,612 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each. The shares were acquired at a price of 760.00 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of the company's ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 23 August 2024.

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Following this purchase, Fuller’s total issued share capital comprises 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,826,830 in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights stands at 35,855,509.
