Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a transaction involving the repurchase of its own shares. On October 4, 2024, the company bought 18,585 'A' ordinary shares at an average price of 730.3045 GBp, as part of its share buyback program initially announced in August 2024. The purchase was facilitated by Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
