Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has announced a new transaction in its own shares. On September 10, 2024, the company purchased 10,241 of its 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of its share buyback programme initiated on August 23, 2024.

The highest price paid per share was 752.00 pence, the lowest was 744.00 pence, and the average was 751.8117 pence. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital comprises 40,082,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,138,786 held in treasury. The total number of voting rights now stands at 35,943,553.
