Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in own shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has announced the purchase of 1,213 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of its share buyback programme. The buyback was conducted through Numis Securities Limited and the shares were bought at a consistent price of 724 pence each.
