Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has confirmed the purchase of 20,000 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction was conducted through Numis Securities Limited as a part of the company's share buyback programme announced on 23 August 2024.

The purchase took place on 17 September 2024 with the highest price paid per share at 771.50 GBp and the lowest at 763.00 GBp. The volume-weighted average price was 769.00 GBp per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital comprises 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, including 3,785,655 held in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights is 35,896,684. Shareholders can use this number to determine notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
